1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the starkify.de website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services

starkify.de provides digital marketing and business growth services including but not limited to Google Maps optimization, review systems, website development, automation solutions, and visual content creation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to business profiles and accounts
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Pay fees according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. starkify.de retains ownership of its proprietary methods, tools, and processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

starkify.de shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered up to termination date remain due.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. The legally responsible operator is Muhammed Saleem Kallan, using Starkify as a brand name.
